The clock stops, the police turn a deaf ear, and words still scold hate and propaganda. Caring lacks fashionability, and the weak are still targeted while the assembly line maintains a dull roar. Pride has vanished; the fall prevails while victims of hate crimes remain face-less. And then the saviors speak words of hope, becoming the champions of the helpless with out-reached hands of Freedom. This is ‘Prevail,’ a polished aluminum and unfinished iron sculpture with a reflecting pond dedicated to the victims of hate crime and the liberators offering hope.
